Had a service on my car about 3 weeks ago. Took car in about 10.30am. Another car was brought round that l could use in the day. Got a phone call from the fitter asking when, Air con had been serviced, said l don't think it has, agreed to have it done. Got a call around 4.30pm, you can pick up your car, all done. Even checked presure in all tyres. Great service, will not take my car any where else. Great work from all the team, top job, top people to deal with. Would recomend to any person who is not sure, you can't go wrong. Great company to do any work you need doing, 👍👍👍

Had my M.O.T and full Service done today I went down and took my car they dropped me back home and then called me and picked me up everything was fine.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a 1 TO 1 Customer treatment from the 3 staff members that were there today the boss Umesh and the M.O.T / Service guy who dropped and collected me and then the Receptionist. Reasonably well priced for the whole thing topped off by paying interest free over 3 months so all in all a great recommendation from my partner who has been there a few times so I will definitely be recommending and returning when everything is due again. Contacted Harris Motor's for a price for a couple of tyres, and was given a very competitive price so i booked in for the very next day. When I arrived I was given a very warm welcome by all the staff and was made a lovely hot drink whilst waiting. I will be back for my MOT and will not hesitate to recommend you to all my family and friends

The peace of mind of going to a garage first thing in the morning, getting your car sorted and on your way is priceless these days. Full credit to the staff for explaining things that the dealership refuses to, which costs more money. I'll happily use this garage in the future.

This company is amazing ....a few days ago while going to an appointment my car broke down, as I rely on oxygen for my health I was very worried ,,I called Green Flag to rescue me ..my cars a diesel so while searching to get a repair I found... Harris Motor Company on Elder Road Stoke on Trent ... , the car appeared to have a major issue and after discussing it with the owner or the garage he offered to send his mechanic Arran to check it over to see if it was beyond repair as I suspected.....his mechanic Arran managed to work some magic and got it working again, later I rang the owner.. Mr.Umesh Samani for the bill I was shocked when he told me he had no intention of charging me, he told me consider it a favour...has I have never met this man or used his garage this is a kindness beyond any expectation!! ..I made a donation to Douglas Macmillan in his name .....I cant recommend this garage more highly they are amazing people !!!!

Took my car here for the first time for its MOT and I shall be using them for my servicing when it's due. The receptionist and owner are very friendly and can't do enough for you. I had my car back in just over an hour. Great friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

First time used Harris Motor Co. and I was very pleased. I had been thinking about having the cam belt and water pump replaced on my car and, by coincidence, that morning a flyer was put through the letter box detailing their services. I gave them a call for a quote, which I was happy with. They could do the job the next day, which was great. I actually dropped the car off with them the afternoon before so they would have it as soon as they opened. All the staff I dealt with were very polite and professional. I was offered a lift back home, but declined as it's only a 15 minute walk. I received a call around midday to say the car is ready and would I like to be picked up as the weather was pretty poor. Again I declined but only because I like to walk when possible. From start to finish, the whole process went very smoothly and I will be using them in future for both our cars for any servicing, repairs etc.

Amazing service and sorted my car out straight away. Came in for two tyres fitted through Black Circles and they fitted them within half an hour and also topped up my coolant. Great service and friendly staff. Very welcoming and will recommend.
